Record your class with Teams in the classroom

1. Locate this icon on the desktop.

1.2 Open the Teams on the classroom computer and create a new meeting.

1.3 Enter your name and invite your account.


1.4 Accept the invitation on your laptop ,and turn off your laptop's microphone and speakers to join the meeting.

1.5Share the screen on your laptop.

                          

 

1.6 Start recording on the classroom computer.

1.7 After class, stop recording and all computers click Leave.



2. Find Chat in the left sidebar, find today's meeting in the Recent column, click View recap, and then click Open in Stream to open the recorded video.



     

2.1 Set up the sharing link.

                   

2.2 Once completed, simply send the link from the clipboard.


3. Or you can find “one drive” in the left sidebar


3.1 After clicking, you can see this screen, Find the video file with our meeting name



3.2 Click here, and click “Copy link”



3.3 Set up the sharing link.




3.4  You can click on copy to share the link now.
