    How can I connect the printer to a Windows computer?

    1. Click to open the “pc-mobile-print-pinter-setup-windows.exe” installation package and click ok

    2. Click “I accept the agreement”and click next

    3. Click “next”

    4. Enter your "account" and "password", then click "next

    5. Click " Finish "


    How can I connect the printer to a Mac computer?

    1.Click to open the“PaperCut Mobility Print Client.pkg” installation package and Click Continue



    2. Click Continue


    3. Click Agree

    4. Click install

    5. Click "Close"


    6. If you find that you cannot print after clicking on print, please click on the password lock icon in the print queue

    7. Simply re-enter the username/password for printer identity verification (same as the network account)

    1. Click “android_base .apk” and install
