User guide of the Multi-media Systems and devices of Smart Classrooms

1.  Start

1.1. The Central Control Panel is located on the upper left corner of the lectern, which manages all IT devices of the classroom.

1.2. Click Start icon to turn on all devices of the classroom.

Classroom computer

2.2. HDMI

Connect to your personal laptop using the HDMI cable and select HDMI on the Screen Tab for projection.

4.1. Fan

Turn on/off the fan of the Lectern

4.2.  Projector

• Projector-L：Turn on/off the projector on the left

• Projector-R：Turn on/off the projector on the right

4.3. Computer：Turn-on/Shut-down the computer

4.4. Projection Screen

• Screen-L：Scroll up/down the projection screen on the left

• Screen-R： Scroll up/down the projection screen on the right

5. Livestreaming

5.1. Open ‘’Remote class” on the desktop, scan to login by Wechat.

5.2. After login, create a new Livestreaming activity, click More to generate a QR code for sharing. Click End when finished.
