1.Visit http://outlook.office.com, enter your E-mail accounts of city university of Hong Kong(Dong guan) (username@cityu-dg.edu.cn) and password, click log in.
2.To ensure the security of your account data, set multi-factor authentication as prompted.

recommended installation Okta ahead of mobile applications for multi-factor

download Okta.

For your
iPhone, go to the Apple Store to download and install Microsoft Authenticator.
3.You will be prompted for more information. Click Next.
4.If you use Okta, select "I want to use a different Authenticator app" in the dialog box that pops up.
5.The QR code at the bottom of the page will appear. Open Microsoft Authenticator or Okta on your phone, click the + sign in the top right corner to Add an account -> Select Work or School Account -> Ready to scan, then scan the QR code.
6.The account is added to the phone and a six-digit verification code is generated at the same time. Please fill in the 6 digits on the computer page and click Next to complete.
7.According to the prompts on the page, set the mobile phone SMS as the second multi-factor authentication mode to avoid being unable to log in after the phone is lost or Microsoft Authenticator /Okta is deleted by mistake. Select the country or region to which your mobile number belongs, enter the mobile number, and click Next.
8.Enter the six-digit verification code you received and click Next or Next.
9.Multi-factor authentication Settings are successful, click Done.
10.The mobile terminal can add an email address to the enterprise wechat. After successfully adding the email address for the first time, you need to enter the email address Settings -> Account -> Delete the account and then add it again to ensure normal email sending and receiving.
