1. Download and install Visio
1.1 Log in to microsoft365.com and use the work or school account you used to subscribe to the version.
Note: If you have logged in with a Microsoft account, you need to log out and then log in again with the work or school account you used to subscribe to the version.
1.2 On the Microsoft 365 home page, select "Install App". (Or select "Apps" from the left navigation pane, and then choose "Install Apps".)
1.3 Select "Visio" from the application drop-down list.
Note: If Visio is not listed, it may mean that you do not have a license.
1.4 Select the desired language.
1.5 Select "Install".
1.6 Open the downloaded OfficeSetup.exe file.
1.7 If you see the user account control prompt saying "Do you allow this application to make changes to the device?" Click "Yes".
1.8 Start installation.
1.9 When you see "You are ready", the installation is complete!
2. Using Visio
2.1 Open Visio and select "File" > "New".
2.2 Select or search for a template:
a) Select a template from the "Office" or "Templates" tab.
b) Search for online templates or select a
"Suggested search".
2.3 In the "Shapes" pane, select a shape and drag it to the drawing page.
2.4 Select "Start" > "Connector", drag the connector from one shape to another, and after completion, select "Pointer Tool".
2.5 Select the shape and type the text.
2.6 Select the shape you want to format. On the "Start" TAB, choose an option:
- Shape Style - Select style.
- "Fill" - Select a color, "No Fill color" or "More Colors". Select "Fill Options" to view all options.
- "Line" - Select the color, thickness or type of the line. Select "Line Options" to view all options.
- "Effects" - Select effects: "Shadow", "Reflection", "Glow", "Softening Edge",
