- Q: How can I send a notification or file to all employees via the Workbench?
A: Use the "Bulletin Board" widget in the default Workbench or a customized Workbench for all employees to send notifications or files. Alternatively, you can also use the "Subscription Account" widget in a customized Workbench for all employees to publish files. - Q: Why doesn’t the newly created app appear on the Workbench?
A: Newly created apps are not automatically displayed on the Workbench and need to be added manually. You can use the "My Favorites" widget to add apps or links to the Workbench. - Q: Is it possible to open two documents simultaneously on the same page?
A: No. However, you can achieve this by using two separate browsers or a browser plugin that supports split-screen settings, allowing you to view two documents on the same screen.
