Dormitory Hot Water Usage Instructions

2. Recharge

After logging into the "香港城市大学东莞校园一卡通" mini program, click【CardRecharge】to proceed.

3. Using Hot Water

The system supports using the Campus Smart Card by swiping, or scanning a QR code via the mini program, or entering a password, or using Bluetooth to open the valve. (All usage methods will deduct fees from the 香港城市大学东莞校园一卡通 mini program after use ends.)

3.1  Using Campus Smart Card (Preferred): Place your campus card on the card swipe sensing area to activate the device. 

3.2 Using Mini Program QR Code Scan: Log into the WeChat "香港城市大学东莞校园一卡通" mini program, click 【Dormitory Hot Water】-【bath】-【scan】, and scan the device's QR code to activate it.

3.3 Using Password: Log into the WeChat "香港城市大学东莞校园一卡通" mini program, click 【Dormitory Hot Water】-【bath】-【password】. Set up your water usage password for the first time. Afterwards, you can directly enter the water usage password on the device to activate it without needing your phone.

Note: Previously set passwords cannot be used directly; you need to reset your password.

3.4 Using Bluetooth to Open Valve: Log into the WeChat "香港城市大学东莞校园一卡通" mini program, click 【Dormitory Hot Water】-【bath】-【Bluetooth】, select your room address to complete binding and activate the device.

4. Water Heater Instructions

4.1 Start/Pause: Slide from the far left to the middle button position. The hot water will automatically shut off if interrupted for more than 4 minutes, requiring a restart (via card, QR code, or password). To avoid automatic system shutdown, please use the pause function.

4.2 End Usage: Slide from the far right to the far left button position.

5. Transaction History

On the "香港城市大学东莞校园一卡通" mini program interface, you can check recharge and consumption records under【Bills】.

6. Chinese-English Bilingual Switching

Log into the WeChat "香港城市大学东莞校园一卡通" mini program, click 【Dormitory Hot Water】, then click [Me] - [About Us] - [Language] to switch between Chinese and English.
