1.Ensure that the wireless network card is enabled
2.Select CityU(DG) Wireless Network from the wireless network list and click Connect.
3.Teachers input the startup user name and password (without the suffix @cityu-dg.edu.cn), students input the student number and password, and external suppliers input the account and password provided by the school.
4.If a security warning is displayed, select Connect.
5.If the following icon appears when you connect for the first time, right-click Forget and reconnect.
2. MAC computer connection guide
1.In the wireless network list, select CityU(DG) Wireless network and click Connect.
2.Teachers input the startup user name and password (without the suffix @cityu-dg.edu.cn), students input the student number and password, and external suppliers input the account and password provided by the school.
3.If a security prompt pops up, click Continue.
3. Wireless WIFI connection
1、 Android Mobile connection guide
This is one WiFi SSIDs as "CityU (DG)" available for teachers and students.
1.2.CityU(DG):
(1).CityU(DG):Select CityU(DG) for connection.
(2).Click Advanced Options.
(3).Use the account name (for example, student ID: 2021466885) and personal password to connect. The connection details of some Android smartphones are slightly different, you need to set EAP method (as PEAP), Phase 2 authentication (as MSCHAPv2) and CA certificate (choose use System certificate),Domain name:cityu-dg.edu.cn. Please refer to the following screenshot for Settings.
2、 IPhone Connection Guide
2.1.Select CityU(DG) from the wireless network list.
2.2.The teacher enters the user name (no suffix required) and password, and the student enters the student number and personal password.
2.3.In case there is certification validation warning, click trust。
