This document describes two methods: VPN client and WebVPN.
First，Connect via VPN client
1. Install VPN software, please download from the below link:For Mac users, before VPN installation, you need to release the security settings for VPN software.
1.1 Open "System Settings" and select "Security and Privacy", then select "Still open" in the "General" option.
1.2. When installing VPN software, select"Open" and follow the prompts to complete the installation.
2. When VPN installation is completed, create a new VPN connection and enter the following information:
3. Click Connect, on the pop-up authentication page, enter your DG account (without suffix) and password
Second，Connect via WebVPN
PC login method
1. Input
URL https://webvpn.cityu-dg.edu.cn in your computer browser
2. Select ‘Account
Login’ on the right, then input your CityU(DG) username and password.
Mobile
